What is Meditation?

What is Facial Yoga?

Janet Nagel is a South African registered Health Practitioner, practising (since 2000), from the Bhealthy clinics in the Western Cape.
Janet studied Naturopathic Analysis and Iridology at the College of Natural Medicine in Brisbane, Australia up until 1999. She also graduated in Herbal Medicine from Oxford College UK. Since then she has studied Live Blood Analysis, using a microscope attached to a screen to view and show clients blood irregularities. She also uses the BodySonic MRA Scan to assess numerous health conditions and problems.
Janet opened health shops in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, Plettenberg Bay, Stellenbosch and now three Bhealthy shops since 2008, currently operating in Somerset West, Paarl and Table View South Africa. She specialises in Herbal Medicine, Live Blood Analysis, Bioresonance Health Scanning, Iridology and nutrition.
Janet’s mission is to educate the public in taking control of their own health through diet, lifestyle, good supplementation and herbal remedies with access to reliable information and advice. I am a South African Greek and I moved to the beautiful island of Cephalonia in Greece 3 years ago to teach yoga and cooking classes and to run my AirB&B Guesthouse.
During the last few years of my time in South Africa, I discovered Kundalini yoga, fell in love with it, studied and then qualified as a teacher. During my yoga training, I traveled to India and attended a global Kundalini gathering of teachers and students in Rishikesh.
